The amount of the canceled order is still restricted, what can I do?
If you have canceled an online order, and you chose a credit card or Paypal as the payment method, it is possible that the amount corresponding to your order is still restricted and cannot yet be used.
Don’t worry!
When placing an order online, the bank will issue a payment authorization. However, if the order is canceled, the amount related to this purchase will remain 'restricted' for a few days, after which the amount will become available again.
The exact timing of the amount’s release depends on the bank affiliated with the card that you used, as well as the payment method that was selected, so please be patient.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have placed an order and you wish to cancel it, you can do so within 1 hour of receiving the Order Confirmation.

Can I change my order or delivery address after I’ve placed it?
Once you have placed an order, unfortunately, we can’t change any item for you. This is because the order is sent to our warehouse team to pack.
I haven't received an order confirmation.

How do I place an Order?
Placing an order is really easy:
- Select the products you want to purchase and add them to your Cart.
- Choose your payment method
- Log in to the “My Account ” section of your Account, Create a new Account, or continue as a Guest.
- Enter your Delivery address or amend/confirm the shipping information that has been automatically entered
- Enter your payment information and confirm the order.
- We will send you an order confirmation on the email address you have given us with all the details you need to receive your order.

How long is payment taken after purchase?
If you don’t see payment being taken immediately, don’t worry!
We take payment once the order is ready for dispatch. That way, we only charge for the items we are sending you.
How can I check stock availability?
All of our products are available on our website.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, just click on the “NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE” tab in the product description. By entering your email, you will receive a message as soon as the product is back in stock.

- We’ve tried to make tracking your order as simple as possible. Sometimes there is a delay in updating the tracking or, on very rare occasions, we’ve had to use a courier who doesn’t offer tracking.
- We would ask you to be patient, but if your order hasn’t arrived by the day it was due to, then just get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will be happy to help you.
There are items missing from my order. What can I do?

My order shows as attempted delivery. What does this mean?

How long do I have to return my online order?
- You have 24 hours from receiving your order to return it to us.
- Products must be shipped to the following address. We recommend that you use a courier tracking service as the products remain the Customer's responsibility until we have received them into our Warehouse. The cost of returning any items is the Customers responsibility.
- Products must be sealed, unused and returned in the same condition they were received in, always within their original packaging. We cannot accept any products where the seal has been broken.

I am not near a KIKO Store. How can I return my order?
- If you purchased an item in one of our stores then you can return the item to any of our stores within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately we can’t accept returns of store purchases back to our Warehouse at this time.
How long will my refund take to show on my account?
- If you have returned an item and are awaiting a refund, please remember that in the majority of cases, the refund will be issued within 10 business days of your product reaching our logistics center. Please be aware that approximately two weeks may elapse between when you ship the items and when they effectively reach our returns center. Depending on the payment system used, it may take a few days for your refund to show up in your bank account.

Tips on using KIKO Products safely
To safely use your cosmetics, we recommend observing the following indications:
- Always thoroughly wash your hands before applying cosmetics.
- Ensure that all applicators are clean before using them: it is good practice to wash and replace brushes and sponges at least once a week;
- Each cosmetic product is intended for personal use: sharing products may lead to the transmission of infections.
- In particular, always use clean applicators and try products on the back of your hand when testing products in store.
- Always securely replace container lids/caps immediately after use.
- Keep cosmetic products away from sources of heat and direct sunlight: light and heat may reduce the effectiveness of the preservatives.
- Do not leave cosmetics in the car, the external temperatures may compromise the integrity of the product.
- Do not use cosmetics if you are suffering from conjunctivitis.
- Remove products from the skin if you suspect that they have caused irritation of any kind.
- Do not add water or other diluents to any cosmetic product, unless the label expressly states this. The addition of non-indicated ingredients could contaminate the product with bacteria and dilute the preservatives, reducing the level of protection from bacteria.
- Do not add acetone or other solvents to nail polishes, since this may cause the separation of the formula or unknown reactions.
- Dispose of products if the colour, consistency or smell change.
- Do not apply products to the eye contour unless they are expressly indicated for use in this delicate area.
- Pay attention not to scratch the cornea when using mascara wands. Should this happen, do not take the situation lightly as it could lead to an infection and corneal ulcers. Put simply, mascara should be applied calmly and not in the car, on the bus, train, plane etc.
- When sleeping, mascara may get into the eye and cause itching and redness. Always ensure that you have fully removed make-up before going to bed.
Where are KIKO products made?
- KIKO MILANO is constantly committed to researching the best possible products in terms of formula and packaging. Our formulas are almost entirely MADE IN ITALY.
- Some products, such as nail polishes and pencils, are respectively made in France and Germany, others in Japan (manicure items) and the United States, as indicated on the packaging in compliance with legal standards. All non-EEC formulas are subject to meticulous legislative assessments and clinical tests prior to being imported. KIKO MILANO currently only uses Asian countries for the manufacture of some accessories, since production is more specialized in these nations; however, the quality of these products is monitored directly by KIKO MILANO.

- It is however necessary to indicate the PAO (Period After Opening), i.e. the duration - expressed in months - of the product following its opening. This indication is displayed on all our products, with the exception of single-use and pressurized products, as required by law.
- The PAO (Period After Opening) is indicated with the same symbol in all European Union countries: an open jar displaying the useful lifespan in months - in figures and followed by the letter M - of the product after opening. The symbol is displayed on both the main container (in direct contact with the cosmetic) and, where present, on the second container (outer packaging).
- Single-use products, products packaged so as to not come into contact with the external environment (such as sprays), and products with formulas boasting long-lasting properties without risk of deterioration over time, are exempt from the PAO indication.
